High-performance process valves

Techap process valves are acid and alkali-resistant complete control units for almost all processes. The process valves guarantee safe and cost-effective operation in both softening systems (acid washing) and demineralisation systems. All pipe connections are suitable for standard PVC pipes and fittings and can be glued or screwed.

The water to be treated flows directly through the valves in the main or secondary flow. It consists mainly of the movable manifold and the distribution block. The required positions are achieved by turning the manifold by hand or with the available automatic servomotor drive: Separate, suck in, mix, backwash, wash. The use of a single Techap valve thus replaces the individual valves normally required for each step and therefore guarantees particularly economical use.
