Exhaust gas pre-scrubber

Techap's exhaust gas pre-scrubbers dissolve harmful chemical vapours with injected water and thus greatly reduce the inlet concentrations of the incoming exhaust gases. The water is optimally distributed in the pre-scrubber by special full-cone nozzles and guarantees uniform wetting of the baffles. In addition, the precisely calculated and accurately dimensioned nozzle ensures economical utilisation of water resources. The dissolved chemical waste water can then either be discharged back into the tank or separately.

The waste gas pre-scrubbers are available in four sizes. They are particularly recommended in addition to the chemical vapour locks (e.g. hydrochloric acid from 34%) for chemicals with high outgassing properties in order to avoid disproportionately high binder consumption.
