Techap offers the quick-close filling safety device to avoid the exhaust
air problems occurring with filling compressed air. One complete unit,
cased (quick-close valve including control mechanism and by-pass valve
with casing) in the rated widths of DN 32, 40, 50 und 80. materials:
polyvinyl chloride, PPH, VA steel. |

| The
solution: Since the supplier cannot generally or regularly be
expected to consistently prevent the blow-out flow of air without
an exception, it is indispensable to install a quick-close valve into
the filling line. |

The
quick-close valve is closed in time with TECHAP’s flowthrough control
and lower-quantity by-pass line allows the compressed air to flow
on in accordance with rated filling velocity. At the beginning of
the filling process, the air in the line drains through the by-pass
line via the filling line and storage tank without any problems. The
prerequisite for perfect functioning of the chemical vapour locks
are the fact that the theoretically accepted filling data, especially
the filling velocity have been properly adjusted and are maintained.
