Gas Prewasher |
Highly
concentrated chemicals such as hydrochloric acid with a concentration
above 33% or ammoniacal gas liquor with approximately 25% concentration
are strongly gassing and consume a disproportionately great amount
of binding agents. We recommend including an upstream exhaust gas
prewasher to normalise consumption. Prewashers are available in two
sizes. Equipped with a drop catch, spraying nozzle, impact body, spraying
water connection DN 10 for desalinated water (recommended), this significantly
lowers outgoing concentrations, thereby greatly extending the service
time of the downstream chemical vapour locks.

Here, not
only the compressed air from the storage tanks has to be cleaned,
but also the compressed air from the delivery tank i.e. the
entire amount including the pressure applied.
The installation of the quick-shut filling safety device is
urgently necessary. |
